1. Scope of Business & Geographic Limitation
 * Exclusive Focus: Labelsriot deals strictly in home appliances, electronic devices, smart home accessories, and related automation components.
 * Geographical Restriction: Our services, sales, shipping, and warranty fulfillments are restricted exclusively to the Republic of India. We do not accept international orders or ship outside Indian borders.
 * Compliance: All transactions are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
2. Eligibility & Account Security
 * You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a contract under Indian law to use this website and purchase products.
 * If you create an account on Labelsriot, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Product Descriptions, Pricing, and Availability
 * Accuracy: We strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, specifications, and prices of home appliances and smart home items are displayed accurately. However, minor typographical errors or technical inaccuracies may occasionally occur.
 * Pricing: All prices on Labelsriot are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Shipping charges, installation fees (if applicable), or handling fees will be calculated at checkout.
 * Modifications: We reserve the right to alter, update, or discontinue any home appliance or smart product, or change prices without prior notice.
4. Orders, Payments, and Billing
 * Order Acceptance: Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our official acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
 * Payment Gateways: We accept secure payments via major Indian payment methods, including UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and approved Wallet/EMI providers. All online transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
 * Cash on Delivery (COD): COD availability may be restricted based on the delivery pin code and order value limits imposed by our logistics partners.
5. Shipping and Delivery (India-Wide)
 * Delivery Partners: We ship across India through reputed national courier and logistics services.
 * Timelines: Standard delivery timelines vary between 3 to 7 business days depending on the delivery location. Remote areas may experience extended delivery windows.
 * Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon successful delivery of the items to the designated shipping address.
6. Installation, Smart Setup, and Third-Party Ecosystems
 * Professional Assistance: Certain smart home items or heavy home appliances may require specialized or professional installation. Labelsriot is not liable for damages caused by incorrect self-installation where professional guidelines were recommended.
 * Third-Party Apps & Networks: Smart home items sold on Labelsriot may rely on third-party mobile applications, Wi-Fi networks, and voice assistants (e.g., Alexa, Google Assistant). We do not guarantee uninterrupted third-party service uptime, app performance, or compatibility changes forced by external software providers.
7. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
 * Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers are advised to inspect home appliances and smart items immediately upon delivery for physical damage or missing parts.
 * Return Window: Eligible products can be returned or raised for replacement within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, with all manuals, tags, and accessories intact.
 * Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been installed, registered, damaged due to power surges, or missing original packaging components may not be eligible for return.
 * Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original source of payment within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection at our warehouse.
8. Warranty Policy
 * Manufacturer Warranty: Most home appliances and smart hardware sold on Labelsriot carry a standard manufacturer warranty. The specific warranty period and terms are provided inside the product manual or product page.
 * Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage resulting from electrical power surges, water damage, misuse, unauthorized tampering, or normal wear and tear.
9. Limitation of Liability
Labelsriot, its directors, employees, or partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our home appliances or smart devices, including property damage, loss of data, or power disruption incidents.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, product images, icons, and software code—is the exclusive property of Labelsriot. Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or exploitation of our website content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nagercovil
